Dávila Blend | Puerto Rico & Brazil
From Puerto Rico, Hacienda Tres Ángeles, is a single farm in Adjuntas, Puerto Rico. A land rich in agricultural history nourished by the Cordillera Central mountainous region, it’s cool climate and heavy rainfall give Adjuntas a unique micro-climate unlike anywhere else.
Sweet plum, chocolate and light toasted sesame notes make this medium roast coffee an island-grown masterpiece. Each coffee bean is hand-picked and carefully processed to maintain the highest quality possible. Kosher Certified, Rabbi Mendel Zarchi, Chabad of Puerto Rico.
From Brazil, Parceiros do Café is an exclusive lot made up of coffee sourced from four different farms—Boa Vista, Fazenda Furnas, Mato Cipo, and Apostolo Simao. Each of these farms is run by dedicated families spanning the Minas Gerais region. This lot was built with quality, transparency, and traceability in mind and established relationships with each of the farms based on both the quality of the cup and the farms' openness to partner with us on data transparency. Each component brings its own unique quality to the blend and together makes a consistently delicious and clean cup of coffee.
